Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "kb999" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the kb999 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at kb999.lat, operated under an internationally recognised gaming license.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses any service provided by kb999.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the kb999 platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, match bonus amounts, cashback credits, or free spin equivalents granted to a Player subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, comprising submission and approval of acceptable government-issued identification and proof of address documents.
• "USDT" means Tether USD stablecoin, specifically on the TRC-20 (Tron) network unless otherwise stated.
• "Crypto Transaction" means any deposit or withdrawal conducted using a blockchain-based cryptocurrency including but not limited to USDT and Bitcoin.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to or use of online gambling services is unlawful under applicable local law.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by kb999, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the kb999 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms and Conditions represent the complete and exclusive agreement between you and kb999 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, or warranties, whether written or oral.

kb999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account. Your continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes binding acceptance of the amended Terms.

Eligibility & Age Verification

In order to be eligible to register and maintain a kb999 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (legal entities may not register Player Accounts);
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party;
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by kb999 for cause;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any such individual, of kb999 or any affiliated entity;
• Online gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

kb999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and residential address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time period — or provision of false or misleading documentation — will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any pending withdrawals, and permanent closure of the Account.

Players who register on behalf of any other person, or who allow any other person to use their Account, are in material breach of these Terms and may be subject to Account suspension and forfeiture of all Account balances.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of kb999 services, you must complete the Account registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information as prompted by the registration form. You are required to maintain the accuracy of your Account information and promptly update it if any change occurs.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the kb999 platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identities, or any other means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password;
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised or unauthorised;
• Immediately notifying kb999 support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account;
• Ensuring that no other person has access to your Account credentials or is able to use your Account.

kb999 strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your Account. While kb999 employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption and login location monitoring, we cannot be held liable for losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain adequate security over their own Account credentials.

kb999 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account that it reasonably suspects is being accessed without authorisation, is involved in fraudulent activity, or is otherwise in breach of these Terms.

Deposits & Withdrawals

kb999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of your transaction, which currently include USDT (TRC-20), Bitcoin, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, and Meezan Bank Transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may change and is subject to the technical and regulatory circumstances applicable at the time.

Deposits: All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum amounts as displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. kb999 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, third-party payment processors and blockchain networks may impose their own fees for which kb999 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal will be processed;
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method in your own name that has been used to make a prior deposit, or in the case of crypto, to a wallet address registered on your Account;
• Any active Bonus Funds must have their associated wagering requirements satisfied before the underlying deposited amount becomes fully withdrawable;
• kb999 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Crypto withdrawals typically process within 1–4 hours subject to network confirmation. Local bank and mobile wallet withdrawals are subject to the processing schedules of the relevant third-party providers and may take up to 3–5 business days.

Crypto Payment Terms

Players who deposit or withdraw using cryptocurrency — including USDT and Bitcoin — acknowledge and accept the following specific terms applicable to crypto transactions on the kb999 platform:

• Irreversibility: All blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed. kb999 cannot reverse, recall, or modify a crypto transaction once it has been broadcast to the relevant blockchain network. Players bear sole responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of wallet addresses before initiating any crypto transaction;
• Correct Network: USDT deposits must be sent on the TRC-20 (Tron) network only. Deposits sent on incompatible networks (e.g., ERC-20 or BEP-20) will not be credited and may be unrecoverable. kb999 accepts no liability for funds lost due to use of an incorrect network;
• Exchange Rate Risk: The PKR value of your crypto deposit may differ at the time of deposit from its value at the time of withdrawal due to cryptocurrency price fluctuations. kb999 credits accounts in USDT or the applicable crypto equivalent and does not guarantee any specific fiat currency value;
• Network Fees: Blockchain network fees (gas fees, network fees) are the sole responsibility of the Player and are not refunded by kb999;
• Confirmation Requirements: Deposits will be credited to your Account only after the required number of blockchain network confirmations have been received, as determined by kb999 at its discretion based on prevailing network conditions.

Bonuses & Promotions

kb999 offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, loyalty points, and other time-limited promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the applicable offer:

• A Player may only claim each bonus or promotion once unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise;
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before the Bonus Funds or any associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the promotion terms; failure to do so results in automatic forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds;
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — the applicable game contribution percentages are listed in the promotion terms for each offer;
• kb999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being credited to an Account, and to modify or cancel any promotion with reasonable notice;
• Where a Player has both real-money Balance and Bonus Funds, real-money Balance will be wagered first unless otherwise specified.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, and other gaming products offered by kb999 are subject to their respective game rules, which are made available within each game or betting market interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on the kb999 platform are subject to the following general conditions:

• Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation and the odds shown at the time the bet is accepted are final;
• kb999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a manifestly incorrect price was published due to a technical or human error;
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to event data feeds and kb999 reserves the right to suspend live betting on any event without prior notice;
• PSL, international cricket, and other Pakistani sporting events are offered subject to the same rules as all other sporting markets.

Casino Games: All casino games on the kb999 platform — including RNG slots, live dealer tables, instant-win games, and crash games — operate on certified software. RNG games use independently audited Random Number Generators that ensure each outcome is statistically independent of all previous outcomes. No pattern of previous results can be used to predict future outcomes.

kb999 reserves the right to void any game round where a technical malfunction has materially affected the game's intended operation. In such cases, all wagers for the affected round will be refunded to the Player's Account Balance.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kb999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account balances, and may result in civil or criminal referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple Accounts (whether in your own name or using the identity of others) to circumvent any restriction, claim any benefit more than once, or for any other purpose;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the Account registration or KYC verification process;
• Using the platform in a manner that facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or make gambling decisions on the kb999 platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market;
• Exploiting any software error, glitch, or technical malfunction to obtain an advantage, whether intentionally or upon becoming aware of such an error and continuing to exploit it;
• Engaging in or attempting to engage in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on the kb999 platform;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any software used by the kb999 platform;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threats, or abusive conduct toward kb999 staff or other Players.

kb999 cooperates fully with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and anti-money laundering bodies in all relevant jurisdictions. Information regarding prohibited conduct on the platform may be shared with such authorities in compliance with applicable legal obligations.

Responsible Gaming

kb999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and takes its obligations in this regard seriously as a condition of its international gaming license. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment; it is not a reliable means of generating income and should never be approached as such.

kb999 makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered Players through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that you can set, reduce, or remove (reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period);
• Loss Limits: Limits on the amount you can lose within a specified period;
• Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Configurable session duration alerts and pop-up reality checks;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary (minimum 24 hours) or permanent self-exclusion from the kb999 platform. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new Account.

kb999 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player may be experiencing problem gambling, regardless of whether the Player has requested such restrictions. Such actions are taken in good faith for the Player's protection.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the kb999 platform — including but not limited to the kb999 brand name and logo, website design, software, game assets, text, graphics, trademarks, and service marks — are owned by or licensed to kb999 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your use of the kb999 platform does not grant you any intellectual property rights in or to any platform content. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, transmit, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content of the kb999 platform without prior written permission from kb999.

The games and software accessible through the kb999 platform are the intellectual property of their respective game providers and developers. All such intellectual property rights are reserved.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kb999 and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the kb999 platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Any unauthorised access to or use of kb999's servers and any personal or financial data stored therein, provided that kb999 has maintained industry-standard security measures;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service caused by factors beyond kb999's reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, telecommunications failures, third-party payment processor outages, or government actions;
• Any errors in information published on the platform that have been corrected within a reasonable time upon becoming known to kb999;
• Any crypto transaction losses resulting from a Player's use of incorrect wallet addresses or incorrect blockchain networks.

The kb999 platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. kb999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by kb999 is governed by the kb999 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the terms of the kb999 Privacy Policy.

kb999 collects and processes personal data to the extent necessary to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the kb999 platform and services;
• Fulfil its KYC and anti-money laundering obligations under its gaming license;
• Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, prohibited conduct, and other security incidents;
• Communicate with Players regarding their Accounts, promotions, and any changes to these Terms;
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

kb999 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party processors, game providers, payment processors, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies as required by kb999's legal and licensing obligations. Full details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Amendments to Terms

kb999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The effective date of the current version of the Terms is displayed in the header of this document. When material changes are made, kb999 will take reasonable steps to notify registered Players, which may include:

• Email notification to the address registered on your Account;
• A prominent notice displayed on the kb999 platform upon your next login;
• Publication of the updated Terms on the kb999 website with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the kb999 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept an amended version of the Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact kb999 support to initiate Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Balance.

Dispute Resolution

kb999 is committed to resolving Player disputes promptly and fairly. If you have a dispute arising from your use of the kb999 platform, you must follow the dispute resolution procedure set out in this Article before pursuing any other remedy.

Step 1 — Contact Support: In the first instance, raise your dispute with the kb999 customer support team via live chat or by emailing the support address listed on this site. Our support team will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.

Step 2 — Escalation: If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may request escalation to the kb999 senior disputes team by clearly indicating your intention to escalate. The senior disputes team will review the matter and provide a written response within 10 business days.

Step 3 — Regulatory Escalation: If your dispute remains unresolved after Steps 1 and 2, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under kb999's gaming license, as identified on the licensing authority's official publications.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kb999's gaming license is issued.

Nothing in this Article shall limit kb999's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction with respect to the protection of its intellectual property rights or the enforcement of these Terms with respect to prohibited conduct.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall, to that extent, be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The failure of kb999 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default.
